Experience: 3-5 years of Account Management

Job Description
-Foster, maintain, and strengthen client relationships post-sale
-Aid client in determining any integration and optimization questions and concerns
-Assist clients in documenting, capturing, defining, and sharing financial value
-Develop solutions to client requirements, suggest best practices and benefits to clients
-Maintains a working general and technical knowledge of i2c Inc. products and services
-Sound understanding of client issues from both business and technical perspectives
-Liaise with Engineers and Product Managers to seamlessly provide excellent client service
-Suggest and promote i2c Inc. products and services, based on client technical needs and wants
-Communicate efficiently and effectively with a variety of roles
-Provides internal feedback, based on client communications
