Qualification & Experience: CA Qualified with 3 years of industry experience (preferable in real estate)
Responsibilities: • Ensure that accounting records are prepared and maintained in accordance with the Company’s accounting policies, international accounting standards applicable in Pakistan and related accounting principles and practices; • Ensure monthly closing of book of accounts with proper record of revenue, costs, advances, prepayments, accruals and payables, trial balance appropriateness etc; • Ensure recording of all acquisitions, disposals, retirements and related depreciation of all fixed assets in the fixed assets register, and ensure that the transactions relating to fixed assets including, depreciation are properly reflected in the accounting books; • Ensure maintenance of company’s bank accounts and working capital to ensure effective and appropriate utilization of Company’s funds in support of the business; • Ensure timely and complete adherence to the taxation legislations & regulations applicable on the Company; • Ability to prepare project feasibilities.
