Incumbent should be able to draft policies, procedures, JDs, create and update organograms. Create presentations and draft letters for communication.
Education. Graduate from Foreign or reputed local university
Experience. 2 to 4 years in OD and Employee engagement.
Skills. Excellent communication skills
