Sana Safinaz is looking for Assistant Manager Project & Maintenance at our Head Office in Karachi. Job Requirements: Qualification: Minimum Bachelors degree. Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the same Industry. Leading overall renovations of new and existing outlets in South region. Work/ coordinate with contractors on site. Assessment of invoices as per BOQ’s and work done at site. Leading overall maintenance of outlets in the South region with coordination of regional team. Maintain preventive maintenance schedule of all AC’s, genset, lift, and motorized shutters and other mechanical and electrical equipment’s installed in our outlets and facilities. Look after the repair and maintenance works of outlets, design studio and other facilities of the company. Doing market screening to have the best rates for procurement, repair and maintenance. Follow up with vendors for timely services. Ensure the invoices are properly checked and forwarded to accounts in a timely manner. Liaise with accounts department for timely payments to vendors.
