Currently we’re on a lookout for Associate Talent Acquisition – Male, who would be required to fulfill the following responsibilities; * Attract and shortlist potential candidates through comprehensive screening process

* Develop an ongoing and diverse talent pipeline using research, networking, database mining etc

* Focus recruiting efforts to deliver candidate and hiring manager experience.

* Provide Hiring Manager with regular updates and summaries of recruiting progress and activity

* Work with Hiring Manager to determine best fit candidates, co-ordinate interviews, obtain qualitative feedback and present/manage through to offer stage Must haves:

* At least 3-6 months experience (preferably in IT industry)

* Bachelor’s level (or equivalent) within subjects relevant to the position * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines * Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently and part of a team. * Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment.

* must be able to communicate in English fluently. Working hours & days: 12:00 PM – 09:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Interested candidate may apply at HR@appicoders.com
