Position: HR Analyst
Qualification: MBA (HR)
Experience: 5 to 7 years

• Provides regular reporting, management, and analysis.
• Develops and runs regular and ad hoc reports in ERP system.
• Designs and manage HR data to ensure accuracy.
• Develops and regularly produces key HR metrics reports.
• Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
• Provide regular and ad hoc reports to the Manager, including turnover reports, compensation analysis, benefit utilization, etc.
• Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership
• Calculate retention, turnover and internal mobility rates
• Participate in benefit surveys and analyze results compared to current benefit packages.
