HR Business Partner acts as an advisor to the Business Leaders on all HR-related matters, while acting as an #employee advocate to enable business success. This role will be responsible to drive people agenda (Employee Engagement/Culture) for Banking Network within Central Region.
Experience: 3-5 years of HR BP/HR related work experience
Education: #Masters/#Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of HR functions (OD and Culture, #TalentAcquisition & #Employer #Branding, C&B etc.)
- Knowledge of HR Best Practices
- Business Acumen

Work Location: #Lahore
