A mid-career HR Manager is required with at least 3 years’ experience of working in Pharma Industry as HR Manager.
Must have hands on experience of Employee Performance Evaluation, HR Life Cycle Management and Leave/Attendance System Management.
Candidate should be able to manage the HR Budget and develop Company Policies & Procedures.
Salary could be around 150K plus market competitive benefits.
