Human Resource Officer/Junior Officer – (Position based in Karachi)
The Human Resource Officer shall responsible for routine human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance assessment, monitoring, timely documentation, employee counselling and data input in HRIS system. The candidate will mainly responsible for entire recruitment process (End to End Recruitment) specifically for sales workforce addition/replacement in coordination with respective managers.
Candidates should be bachelors (from HEC recognized university) in relevant field with minimum three years’ relevant experience preferably in financial sector.
