Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for software, hardware, and networking issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents in a timely manner
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices and systems
• Support users in maintaining system security and data integrity
• Ensure regular monitoring of IT infrastructure and report anomalies
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve existing processes and systems
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or network administration
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting techniques (hardware/software)
• Familiarity with networking, system infrastructure, and IT security principles
