Business Head

Role Overview

Suaad Foods is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Business Head to lead the division's transformation and profitable growth. The successful candidate will lead all Suaad factory and bakery operations, with decision-making authority within approved budgets and policies.

Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership & Profitability: Own divisional performance, budgets, and profit and loss; develop and execute business improvement plans.

Production & Quality: Strengthen manufacturing efficiency, standardize recipes and product quality, and ensure food safety, hygiene, and consistent execution.

Supply Chain & Distribution: Improve procurement, demand planning, production scheduling, and timely deliveries to outlets.

Product Innovation: Develop new products, improve the existing range, and manage product profitability.

Retail & Sales: Improve outlet performance, customer service, and sales across retail, wholesale, and institutional channels.

Cost & Waste Control: Reduce spoilage, returns, and production losses while improving margins and productivity.

People & Systems: Build an accountable team, establish SOPs, and introduce clear performance measures across the division.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience in bakery, confectionery, or food manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Operations: Demonstrated experience managing both manufacturing operations and multiple retail outlets.

Track Record: Proven success in business transformation, operational improvement, and profitability.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of product quality, food safety, supply chain, and product development.

Leadership: Commercial judgment, financial discipline, and the ability to lead large teams.

Approach: Hands-on, execution-focused, with the ability to make decisions and deliver measurable results.
