Manager Finance & Commercial (Projects)

Key Responsibilities

Feasibility studies: Prepare project and bankable feasibility studies (NPV, IRR, payback).

Project cash flows: Develop cash flows and funding plans for new projects.

Tax incentives: Research new SROs and tax incentives and apply them to projects.

Contract management: Manage the financial terms, obligations and claims in contracts.

Receivables & payables: Handle receivables, payables and recoveries.

Costing & forecasting: Run project costing and profit forecasting.

Assets & dividends: Maintain assets, investments and dividend records.

Cash management: Manage company cash flow and bank facilities.

Payment audits: Audit payments before approval.

Overheads: Control overheads and budgets.

Business dashboard: Monitor business health through a management dashboard.

Project closure: Prepare financial closure reports for completed projects.

Requirements

CA / ACCA / ICMA or MBA Finance.

Minimum experience of 3+ years in project finance, preferably in engineering industry.

Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.

Working knowledge of FBR taxes, imports and LCs.
