Traffic Controller (Oil Movement)

Key Responsibilities:

Control and direct traffic at refinery gates, internal roads, intersections, loading/unloading areas, and parking zones.

Ensure compliance with refinery traffic rules, speed limits, designated routes, and parking arrangements.

Manage contractor drivers and heavy vehicles, ensuring safe practices and adherence to site-specific HSE requirements.

Coordinate safe movement of tankers, trailers, and abnormal-load vehicles.

Support traffic management during maintenance, shutdowns, construction, and turnaround activities.

Maintain unobstructed emergency access routes and assist during refinery emergencies.

Report unsafe acts, near misses, and traffic violations promptly.

Requirements:

Education: Matriculation or Intermediate.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in traffic control, refinery, oil & gas, petrochemical, or logistics environments.

Advantage: Having a valid HTV driving license is an advantage.
