Deputy Manager – HR (Generalist)

Job Summary / Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, employee records, and organizational development while ensuring effective HR practices and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, BBA, (Eqv.)

Experience: 6+ years, preferably in garment/manufacturing industry.

KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Strong back-office management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
