Assistant Manager Planning

Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate planning data, product hierarchies, and reporting files.

Develop weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales forecasts based on historical trends, current performance, and business requirements.

Support range planning, assortment planning, and option-level analysis.

Work closely with Supply Chain to monitor inbound inventory, delivery timelines, and stock availability.

Coordinate with Buying and Merchandising teams for seasonal product intake and purchase planning.

OTB adherence.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

4 to 5 years of experience in fashion, apparel, footwear, lifestyle, or multi-category retail will be preferred.

Good Skills in excel.

Experience with ERP and planning systems is required; hands-on knowledge of Odoo or a similar ERP system will be preferred.
