AM Sampling (Processed Fabric)

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the sampling development process from sample request to approval.

Develop samples according to customer requirements, specifications, and design concepts.

Coordinate with the Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Production, Dyeing, Finishing, and Quality teams.

Prepare sampling plans and monitor sample development timelines.

Ensure timely completion and submission of samples.

Check sample construction, GSM, color, hand feel, finish, shrinkage, and other requirements.

Follow up on customer comments and required sample revisions.

Follow up on pending samples and resolve sampling-related issues.

Maintain updated sampling status and development reports.

Support seasonal collections and buyer requirements.

Requirements:

MBA/BS Textile Engineering

2-3 Years of relevant experience in processed fabric sampling and textile product development.

Strong knowledge of fabric construction, dyeing, finishing, GSM, color matching, and quality parameters.

Good coordination, follow-up, communication, and problem-solving skills.
