Job Description:
Master Tiles is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee Officer (Supply Chain) to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience who are eager to develop their career in supply chain and procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting quotations and conducting comparative analysis
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely material deliveries and resolve any issues or delays
• Collaborate with the Accounts Department to monitor supplier payments and ensure timely disbursements
• Maintain and update procurement records, price lists, supplier databases, and payment schedules
• Liaise with internal departments to align material requirements with delivery timelines
• Learn and operate ERP/procurement systems for accurate data entry, tracking, and reporting
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports on procurement and payment statuses
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
• Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
