Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operations of terminals and bus services
• Monitor and evaluate service quality and ensure adherence to operational protocols
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics and on-ground operations
• Generate reports and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making

Qualifications:

• Minimum 16 years of relevant education (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in field-based roles and relocate as per operational requirements
