FINANCE MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and manage monthly P&L, cash flow & financial reports

Handle budgeting, forecasting & financial planning

Monitor food cost, wastage, expenses & operational leakages

Manage payables, receivables & bank reconciliations

Analyze branch-wise sales, margins & profitability

Work closely with operations to improve financial controls & reporting

PROFILE REQUIRED

3–5+ years of experience in Finance / Accounting

Experience in F&B, QSR, Retail or FMCG preferred

Strong knowledge of P&L, costing & financial analysis

Hands-on experience with ERP / accounting software & Excel

ACCA / CA / MBA Finance or equivalent

Analytical, proactive & open-minded, with a strong attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
