Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit and document business requirements for various IT projects.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients/stakeholders.
• Create process flows, specifications, and use cases.
• Support development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven experience in business analysis within IT project environments.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and client communication.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
