Roles and Responsibilities:

Possess comprehensive knowledge and market insight of Cash Management Products, including Collections and Payments, as well as Cash Management Systems (electronic/web-based).

Manage the assigned Cash Management portfolio to maximize revenues and achieve business targets.

Collaborate with internal and external business partners to solicit Cash Management mandates.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and onboarding of mandates.

Ensure the highest level of customer service to clients, including prompt and effective resolution of queries.

Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
