Product Manager - Transaction Banking & EB

Academic Qualification:

Graduation from a HEC-recognized institution.

Experience:

At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage and enhance Cash Management and Employee Banking products.

Drive product development, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Develop solutions across Collections, Payments, Payroll, and Corporate Digital Banking.

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from business requirements and UAT to successful launch.

Identify market opportunities, improve customer experience, and strengthen product competitiveness.

Work closely with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Shariah and Business teams for successful product implementation.

Core Competencies:

Knowledge of Employee Banking and Payroll solutions will be an added advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, product management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

A proactive mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into practical banking solutions.

Relevant banking experience in Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Product Management, or similar roles.

Strong understanding of payment solutions, collections, Raast, APIs, Host-to-Host integrations, and corporate banking platforms.

Understanding and knowledge of Islamic Banking and its products.
