Head of Sales

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field; MBA preferred.

8-12 years of sales experience, preferably in cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, or consumer goods, with 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets, expanding distribution networks, and managing nationwide sales operations.

Strong expertise in distributor management, general and modern trade, team leadership, sales forecasting, and market development.

Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills, with willingness to travel across Pakistan.
