Cold Stores Supervisor

Job Summary:
The company is seeking an experienced Cold Store Supervisor to join their Distribution Center in Mandra. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cold store operations with sound knowledge of FIFO (First In, First Out), inventory control, temperature management, and HACCP standards.

Education:

• Intermediate (Preferably Graduation)

Experience:

• 03 - 05 Years (preferably from relevant industry)

   

Job Essentials:

• Ensure stock accuracy, traceability, FIFO compliance and proper storage practices.
• Monitor cold store temperature and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch operations while ensuring accurate documentation & record.
• Supervise the cold store team and ensure adherence to operational and safety procedures.
