ASSISTANT MANAGER – PLANNING

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage planning from yarn procurement to finished goods shipment.

Develop daily, weekly and monthly plans aligned with organizational goals.

Coordinate Yarn, Knitting, Dyeing, Processing, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing and Packing.

Monitor capacity, materials, WIP and order execution.

Deliver production targets and on-time shipments.

Resolve bottlenecks and improve efficiency.

Prepare planning, production and shipment reports.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.

5-8 years in Knits Apparel Planning.

Strong knowledge of the complete Yarn-to-Shop process.

Proficient in MS Excel, ERP, capacity planning and production scheduling.

Strong analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills.
