Replenishment Officer

Job Purpose

We are looking for a detail-driven & analytical Replenishment Officer to manage inventory flow & stock availability across our retail network. In this role, you will optimize store-wise inventory levels, drive automated replenishment & coordinate closely with warehouse dispatch & retail operations to ensure seamless product distribution & maximum article productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily automated replenishment recommendations.

Analyze store-wise sales, stock, sell-through, size availability, stock cover & article productivity.

Generate daily replenishment requirements from the warehouse to stores.

Identify articles requiring inter-shop transfers.

Prepare transfer proposals based on source store excess, destination store demand, sales velocity, stock cover & article aging.

Coordinate with the warehouse/dispatch team for execution & retail operations for transfer acceptance.

Monitor pending transfers and follow up until completion.

Maintain & review store-wise replenishment parameters, making necessary adjustments based on performance.

Track new product launches to ensure adequate stock distribution across all stores.

Highlight exceptional cases requiring planning or management approval & prepare daily exception reports.

Experience & Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in retail replenishment, inventory management, or supply chain planning.
