About the Role

Taj Group of Petroleum Service (TGPS) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to financial performance and business growth across a diversified portfolio of Retail Fuel, Food, Solar Energy, and allied businesses.

Role Summary:
Reporting to the Department Lead – Accounts & Finance, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial excellence and operational efficiency across TGPS’s Retail Fuel and Allied Businesses.

The role offers broad exposure to accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, inventory and transaction management, internal controls, and compliance, while contributing to ERP-driven automation and process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Commerce. CA (Inter), ACCA, CMA/ACMA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification will be preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience. Experience in Retail Fuel, retail chains, or multi-business organizations will be a distinct advantage.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance.

Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and ERP/Accounting Software.

Excellent Leadership skills.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
