Assistant Manager Logistics

Job Summary:
Dawn Foods Corp. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Logistics to oversee daily outbound operations, manage fleet and warehouse activities, and ensure inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cold chain logistics and proficiency in SAP S/4HANA to drive operational efficiency and meet OTIF (On Time In Full) targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Operations: Manage daily outbound operations and order fulfillment to consistently achieve OTIF targets.

Fleet & Vendor Management: Oversee fleet management, including monitoring fuel records, coordinating vehicle repairs/maintenance, and managing vendor relationships.

Warehouse & DC Operations: Ensure adherence to Good Warehouse Practices (GWP), maintain Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA), and manage overall Distribution Center (DC) operations.

3PL Management: Manage and coordinate with third-party warehouse and store operations to ensure seamless logistics.

Requirements & Skills:

Experience: Hands-on experience in Cold Chain outbound operations is essential.

Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, specifically in Order & Delivery Management.

Logistics Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in managing third-party logistics (3PL) and warehouse operations.

Soft Skills: Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.

Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize logistics processes.
