Education: BSCS / BSIT / BS Software Engineering.

Experience: 1 to 2 years.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in IT-related projects from conception to deployment.

Monitor milestones to ensure projects are delivered on time and align with organizational goals.

Act as the primary bridge between internal end-users, management, and the software development team.

Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for developers and ensure smooth communication and feedback loops during software updates or rollouts.

Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to internal users.

Monitor database performance, ensure data integrity, and backup protocols are timely followed.

Assist in generating management reports and dashboards using MIS tools.
