Brand Manager / Head / Director

About the Role

Over the past year, Crumble has worked across an unusually wide range of product launches, campaigns, collaborations, and new markets, often with several things moving at once. With considerably bigger plans for the coming years, we are looking for a dynamic leader to help steer our brand and marketing through this next stage of aggressive growth.

This is a broad, demanding leadership role with substantial responsibility, considerable creative freedom, and room to grow as Crumble expands into new markets, categories, and channels.

The Scope (Key Responsibilities)

You will be responsible for bringing multiple functions together, establishing clear priorities, and leading a team that can consistently deliver across multiple streams of work. Core areas include:

Brand Strategy: Define and drive brand strategy, positioning, and long-term direction.

Marketing & Communications: Oversee content creation, integrated campaigns, PR, and external communications.

Partnerships & Outreach: Develop strategic partnerships, manage creator relationships, drive outreach, and execute brand activations.

Creative Direction: Ensure creative consistency and deliver an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.

Growth & Performance: Monitor marketing performance, drive consumer engagement, and spearhead overall brand growth.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, making independent decisions and maintaining quality and momentum through competing priorities.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Creative Excellence: Creative judgement and aesthetic sensibility are paramount. We want someone with a distinct point of view, a strong portfolio of work they have personally shaped, and a deep understanding of how creative decisions translate into lasting brand and commercial value.

Leadership & Autonomy: Proven ability to lead people, make independent decisions, and manage multiple competing priorities effectively.

Experience: You have ideally already done meaningful, high-impact work and are now looking for the opportunity to take on considerably more responsibility.

Drive: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high demands and high creative freedom.

What We Offer (Benefits)

Compensation: Competitive salary up to PKR 750,000 gross per month (dependent on experience and scope of the role).
