Processing Officer

Job Description:
Hico is looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to collaborate in their journey of growth and success.

Key Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 2–4 years of relevant production or processing experience.

Operations: Manage shift operations, workforce allocation, supervision, and handovers.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with SOPs, PPE, and personal hygiene standards.

Production: Verify recipes, batch cards, and production schedules.

Process Monitoring: Monitor ice cream mix processing, including mixing, pasteurization, homogenization, and aging. Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions.

Quality & Maintenance: Coordinate with QA and Maintenance for quality checks, sampling, calibration, and preventive maintenance.

Documentation: Ensure GMP, HACCP, documentation, and audit compliance. Maintain accurate batch records and shift production reports.
