Assistant Manager Costing

Job Summary:
Kamal Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager Costing to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing manufacturing costs, monitoring material usage, preparing financial reports, and coordinating across various departments to ensure cost efficiency and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Variance Analysis: Conduct Budget vs. Actual variance analysis and investigate significant deviations.

Material Management: Analyze the utilization and wastage of leftover fabric, accessories, dyes, and chemicals.

Reporting: Prepare management reports highlighting key financial findings and actionable recommendations.

Inventory & Consumption: Review and verify order-wise Work-In-Progress (WIP) stock issuance and material consumption.

Cost Monitoring: Monitor manufacturing costs, overheads, and key cost drivers to ensure cost efficiency.

Costing & Profitability: Prepare Pre-Order Costing and Confirmed Order Costing, including Profit & Loss analysis.

Financial Analysis: Conduct Break-Even Analysis to determine the required sales value and quantity.

BOM Verification: Review and verify order-wise Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure compliance with customer specifications and alignment with approved costing budgets.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Warehouse, and Finance departments to ensure accurate cost data and reporting.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: B.Com / BBA

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.
