Deputy General Manager Internal Audit

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a risk-based annual audit plan aligned with business objectives and emerging risks.

Establish and enhance internal audit methodologies, policies, procedures, and audit programs.

Conduct risk assessments, business process reviews, and gap analyses, maintaining the organizational Risk Register in line with COSO ERM principles.

Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management practices, governance, and monitoring mechanisms.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, delegated authorities, applicable laws, regulations, IFRS/GAAP, and industry standards.

Prepare risk-focused audit reports, highlight control gaps, recommend corrective actions, and monitor their timely implementation.

Qualification & Experience:

ACA with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience; textile industry experience is preferred.

Professional certifications such as CIA & CISA will be an advantage.
