Assistant Manager Sales

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate, preferably Master’s.
• Experience: 3–4 years of automotive experience (Used Cars), preferably with a dealership or OEM.

Key Responsibilities

• Certify vehicles according to Toyota Sure Certification Standards and assigned KPIs.
• Verify and approve Trade-In requests within defined turnaround times.
• Monitor UCMS utilization and ensure accurate data entry.
• Conduct dealership visits and monitor vehicle inspections.
• Support timely trade-in processing for booked vehicle deliveries and priority dispatches.
• Monitor dealership CTU pipelines and identify potential risks.
• Ensure real-time reporting accuracy through DSR/UCMS.
• Support dealer staff with Toyota Sure processes and system usage.
• Identify opportunities to enhance business across assigned dealerships.
