Midas Safety, a global leader in personal protective equipment (PPE), is seeking a Senior Officer Logistics – Documentation to join our Supply Chain team. This is an excellent opportunity for logistics professionals with a passion for operational efficiency and international trade documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage export/import documentation (BL, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and regulatory bodies for smooth shipment clearance
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate shipping records and logistics databases
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and documentation flow
• Assist in audits and reporting related to logistics and documentation
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA or B.S.) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and import/export regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software tools
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Previous experience in a similar role within the supply chain function is preferred
