Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

As a QA Engineer, your primary role will be to ensure that all engineering and project activities comply with the highest quality standards and client requirements. Your duties will typically include:

• Quality Inspection & Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations of materials, components, and systems (such as pressure vessels, tanks, and piping) to ensure compliance with project specifications and international codes (e.g., ASTM, ISO, API, ASME) .
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all project activities adhere to strict HSE protocols and relevant regulatory requirements .
• Documentation & Reporting: Review and verify project documentation, including design specifications, fabrication records, and installation reports. Prepare detailed inspection reports and non-conformance reports (NCRs) as needed .
• Process Improvement: Assist in developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures to enhance overall project quality and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgy, Chemical, or Civil) is required .
• Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance, quality control, or inspection, preferably within the Oil & Gas, construction, or heavy engineering sectors .
