We are currently seeking a highly energetic and enthusiastic UI/UX Designer to join our remote team. If you are tired of boring corporate templates and want to create interfaces that make users say "Wow," keep reading. The Mission

As our UI/UX Designer, you will be the architect of the user experience. You will transform complex data into intuitive, beautiful, and frictionless digital products. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to turn ideas into reality.

What You’ll Do

Design End-to-End Experiences: Take ownership of the design process from wireframes and user flows to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.

Bring Energy to the Table: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions. Don't just take orders—suggest new ways to solve old problems.

User Advocacy: Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure our designs aren't just pretty, but functional and user-centric.

Collaborate Remotely: Work seamlessly with developers and product managers across different time zones using tools like Slack, Zoom, and Figma.

Iterate Fast: We move quickly. You should be comfortable designing, testing, learning, and refining in rapid cycles.

Maintain Systems: Help build and maintain our design system to ensure consistency across the BizzDS platform.

Who You Are (The Must-Haves)

The Vibe: You are highly enthusiastic, proactive, and bring a contagious positive energy to the team. You are a self-starter who doesn't wait for instructions.

The Portfolio: You have a strong portfolio (PDF or Link) showcasing your UI/UX process, not just the final screens. We want to see how you think.

The Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma (This is our primary tool).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Experience creating responsive designs for web and mobile.
• Remote Readiness: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal English) and the discipline to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design.

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)

• Experience designing for SaaS, B2B, or Data-heavy platforms.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (you know what is possible to code).
• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions (Lottie, After Effects).
• A sense of humor. Seriously, we love to laugh while we work.
