About the Role

Beaconhouse International College (BIC) is hiring a Foundry Coordinator for its Incubation Center. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about startups, innovation, and student engagement. The Foundry Coordinator will play a key role in program operations, mentorship coordination, and building strong industry linkages to support student entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage program delivery & operations including workshops, sessions, and Pitch/Forge Days.
• Lead student recruitment, onboarding, and engagement, while tracking attendance and program completion.
• Support students in career development initiatives.
• Organize logistics for guest lectures, field activities, and industry events.
• Build and manage a mentor network and coordinate the mentorship program.
• Drive industry and partner outreach to strengthen collaborations.
• Prepare data reports on KPIs (registrations, completions, placements, start-up progress, mentor/guest sessions).

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in incubation centers, student coordination, events, or engagement roles.
• Skills Required:
  • Strong organizational & project management skills.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities.
  • Passion for innovation, startups, and entrepreneurship.
