HR Officer

Eligibility Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM).
• Experience: 2-3 years relevant HR experience, preferably in the textile / garment / knitwear industry, dyeing & finishing unit.

• Recruitment and onboarding.
• Attendance / time office and leave management.
• Employee records / HR documentation.
• HRMS / ERP data handling and reporting.
• Employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Coordination with departments.
• Support in payroll and compliance activities.
• Employee engagement and HR administration.
