Position Overview

Kohat Cement is seeking an experienced and dynamic Logistics Incharge to lead and optimize all logistics and dispatch operations at our factory. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing complex supply chain activities in a large-scale manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage all logistics, warehouse, and dispatch operations across the factory.
• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive strategies to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and timely dispatches of finished goods.
• Analyze logistics performance metrics, identify operational gaps, and introduce innovative process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
• Ensure effective coordination and communication with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Production teams, as well as external partners like transporters and third-party service providers.
• Manage contracts, negotiations, compliance, and relationships with logistics vendors and transporters.
• Review and analyze operational reports and data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making and drive operational excellence.
• Ensure strict adherence to all company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements within the logistics function.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Academic Requirement: A minimum CGPA of 3.0 is mandatory.
• Experience: 7+ years of progressive and relevant experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain management.
• Industry Preference: Experience in the cement industry or another large-scale manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
