Nursing Lecturer

Shalamar Institute of Health Sciences is seeking qualified and dedicated individuals to join our team as Nursing Lecturers. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to nursing students in various specialized areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures and practical training in relevant nursing subjects.
• Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Supervise and mentor nursing students in clinical and classroom settings.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain academic records and adhere to institutional policies.

Qualification:

• MSN / Post RN BSN / BSN (Generics) is required.
• Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience in:
  • Adult Health Nursing (I & II)
  • Anatomy and Physiology (I & II)
  • Mental Health Nursing
  • Community Health Nursing (I, II & III)

Experience:

• Must have Teaching Methodologies.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field of teaching or clinical experience.
