Position Overview:

Galaxy Group of Companies is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance marketing across major platforms and a strong command of data analytics and reporting tools.

Education & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• Professional Qualification: Certification/Diploma from Google, Meta, or similar platforms
   

Experience:

• 4 to 5 years of proven experience in digital or performance marketing
   

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube
• Maximize ROI through A/B testing, funnel strategy, and ad personalization
• Utilize tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion APIs
• Analyze campaign performance using dashboards and attribution tools
• Stay current with evolving platform algorithms and digital marketing trends
• Deliver strong reports and insights using Excel and Looker Studio
