Group Head Information Technology

Qualifications:

Bachelor's / Master's in IT / CS from a reputable university

ITIL 4, PMP / PRINCE2 and CISSP / CISM certified

Experience:

18+ years in IT incl. 03+ years as CIO / Group Head IT

Hands-on MS D365 implementation

Manufacturing, FMCG, Chemical, Paint or blue-chip MNC background

Overall Responsibilities:
The incumbent must have strong, in-depth, and practical working knowledge of:

IT Strategy Development & Execution, IT Policy & Security Policy, IT Security Controls & Monitoring, IT Governance, Central Data Warehouse on MS Azure / Fabric, MS Power BI Dashboards, Cloud Computing Administration (AWS, Azure, GCP, Huawei Cloud), D365 Sales Process Controls, D365 Budgeting, D365 Master Planning - MRP (Forecast & Dynamic), D365 Warehouse Management, ERP Cycles (O2C, P2P, etc.), Production Machines Integration with Core ERP / Human Machine Interface, Applications Development, Field Force Management App, and Manufacturing specific Digitalization, Automation and Integration projects under their portfolio.

Must have been directly involved in Sales Force Transformation, and Manufacturing Excellence initiatives.

Must have excellent Communication, strong Leadership & Interpersonal skills.
