Senior Manager - Supply Chain

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Manager Supply Chain to lead our Supply Chain & Procurement function.

Responsibilities:

Lead end to end Supply Chain operations, including sourcing, purchasing, planning, inventory and supplier management.

Develop strategic sourcing and procurement plans, including local/international sourcing, supplier development and negotiations.

Ensure timely availability of materials, accessories, chemicals, packing materials, stores, spares and operational requirements.

Drive cost optimization, alternate sourcing, inventory control and working capital efficiency.

Monitor PR/POs, deliveries, quality, pending supplies and supplier performance.

Coordinate with departments and other stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Ensure compliance with policies, budgets, ERP processes and internal controls.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or relevant field.

10-15 years of relevant experience, preferably in Textile industry.

Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier development, negotiations, cost management and inventory control.

Proficiency in ERP/Oracle and MS Excel.
