Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller (Male) to manage, maintain, and control company documents and records efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling, storing, retrieving, and distributing important documents while ensuring accuracy, compliance, confidentiality, and timely access across departments.

 

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage company documents, ensuring proper classification, storage, accessibility, and security.

Establish and implement document control procedures and standards for accurate record-keeping.

Ensure timely distribution and retrieval of documents across relevant departments.

Review and maintain documents for accuracy and completeness before filing or distribution.

Support teams in retrieving required documents for audits, projects, and compliance activities.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth document flow.

Manage and maintain records of all incoming and outgoing documents and materials.

Track relevant site documentation and maintain updated inventory and document records.

Ensure compliance with organizational document management policies and procedures.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.

 

Requirements

2–3 years of relevant experience in document control, records management, administration, or a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple documents and tasks efficiently.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to operate basic office equipment such as photocopiers and binding machines.

Familiarity with document control standards, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Strong filing, tracking, and documentation skills.
