Job Summary:

Bays International is seeking qualified and motivated Finance Professionals to join our Finance Department at the Head Office in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support strategic business decisions and ensure financial health and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct financial data analysis to provide insights that support business decisions.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor cash flows, expenses, and key financial performance indicators.21
• Facilitate internal and external audits and manage audit-related documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial operations with company goals.
   

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CA, or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
