Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store and warehouse operations.
Control food ingredients, raw materials, packaging, and engineering spares.
Maintain FIFO/FEFO, stock accuracy, batch, and expiry control.
Conduct stock counts, reporting, and reconciliation.
Candidate Profile Required
Bachelor's in Supply Chain or a related field is preferred.
3-5 years of experience as a Store Incharge / Store Supervisor.
Experience in Food Manufacturing, FMCG, or Production is preferred.
Experience handling food ingredients, packaging, and other relevant materials, machinery, and mechanical parts/machinery is an advantage.
Required Skills
Strong store and inventory management skills.
Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, batch, and expiry control.
Good documentation, Excel, and inventory reconciliation skills.
Strong supervision, coordination, and organizational skills.
