Job Summary:

Bosch Pharmaceuticals is looking for a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join its Supply Chain Department. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their career in a fast-paced, growth-oriented pharmaceutical environment while gaining hands-on experience in supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support supply chain planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics functions
• Assist in analyzing supply chain data to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and internal departments to ensure timely material availability
• Help monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records in ERP systems
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain workflows
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• BBA or MBA with a specialization in Supply Chain Management
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
• Eagerness to learn and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
