Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity of Manager Finance & Accounts for a leading group of company in Honduras, Central America.

Job Location: Honduras, Central America

Qualification: CPA Qualified, CA (Inter), ACCA Qualified

(Minimum Experience: 5 years in Textile Manufacturing Industry and Cost Accounting experience will be preferred.


Job Responsibilities:

• Project cost controls driven position, Have well off experience in cost accounting of spinning unit.


  • Complete supervision of all cost accounting, financial accounting, operations and activities of Spinning Unit.
  • Supervise and follow up on the preparation of the yearly business financial plans and budgets.
  • Monthly comparative analysis of actual and budgeted results and submits a study explaining these variances to the management.
  • Comparative analysis of actual and budgeted cash flow and submit a study explaining these variances to the management.
  • Coordination with banks, taking care of all banking transactions and bank reconciliation.
  • Express opinion and provide the management with advice and recommendations on financial and cost saving matters.
  • Ensure costing & financial controls over production and finance of spinning unit are properly implemented.• Ready to implement of advanced financial concepts, techniques, and standards.


  • Ready to come up with solutions to problems of unusual complexity which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation.
  • Works under consultative direction toward long-range goals and objectives of the organization.
  • Assignments are often self-initiated and the position is virtually self-supervisory.


• Strong understanding of MS Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint required.

  • Must possess excellent oral, written, and communication skills.
  • Have the ability to address a wide variety of audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute on multiple priorities in a fast-paced operation.
  • Must have the ability to deal with the customer and company employees in a courteous, professional, and effective manner.
