Position: Programme Officer (Content, Research & Development)
Job Requirements:
Qualification: MBA/BBA/BS (Accounting & Finance/Financial Risk Management)
Experience: Fresh to 1 year
Key Result Areas:
? Development and assisting in Study, Reference Guides and Research Material.
? Development of Marketing Material, Newsletter and CPD Material and other tasks as assigned
Job responsibilities include: ··
? Assist SPM in development of organization’s new programme study and reference guides.
Development of communications and their dissemination.
? Development and upgrading Study guides and organization’s other educational resources and material for CPD activities.
Knowledge, abilities and skills: ·
? Knowledge of capital markets and curriculum development and design·
? Strong interpersonal, leadership, and motivational skills·
? Knowledge of instructional reading strategies, online instructional design theories, and learning style theories·
? Knowledge of implementation of copyright standards·
? Knowledge of training best practices and curriculum design principles·
? Strong communication and presentation skills·
? Ability to work with and through people to establish goals, objectives, and action plans
